Dr. Ashley Pirozzi

Dr. Ashley Pirozzi is a double board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist passionate about providing compassionate, personalized mental health care. She specializes in treating children, adolescents, and young adults, helping families navigate a wide range of emotional, developmental, and behavioral challenges.

Dr. Pirozzi graduated with honors in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and earned her medical degree from Georgetown University. She completed her general psychiatry training at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco and pursued a two-year fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Southern California (USC). Dr. Pirozzi completed additional psychodynamic training at the New Center for Psychoanalysis in Los Angeles and the CHLA Transgender Psychiatry Fellowship.

With specialized training in child development and a personal interest in Autism Spectrum Disorders and gender diversity, Dr. Pirozzi brings a thoughtful, developmental lens to every evaluation and treatment plan. She works closely with families, therapists, pediatricians, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure that each patient receives connected, comprehensive care.

Her approach honors the whole child—considering medical, family, social, and educational factors to create treatment recommendations that feel collaborative, respectful, and empowering.
